1. Acceptance
By creating an account or buying tokens on Lumengen, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
Lumengen is an AI-powered image and mood-board studio. Tokens you purchase are credits used to generate or edit images. Tokens are non-transferable and have no cash value.
3. Acceptable use
- No content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.
- No attempt to circumvent rate limits, payment, or moderation.
- No automated scraping of other users' generations.
4. Account and security
You're responsible for keeping your password safe. Notify us immediately at hello@lumengen.online if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. Intellectual property
You own the prompts you write. You hold a non-exclusive licence to use the images you generate, subject to the underlying model providers' terms. The Lumengen brand and UI remain ours.
6. Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from Settings → Deactivate.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Lumengen.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; we'll publish the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
